I want to be effective sleep so I always sleep before midnight.
I spend 6 hours sleeping each day.

I can say that during this period I sleep very late every day but as before, when there were not so many works, I would be able to sleep before midnight. But now I have to find time to finish work on time. That is why I sleep late.

There are a lot more things for me to do so I have to do it before I go to bed.

I have to admit that sleeping before midnight is a thing I cannot do. I normally go to sleep around 12 pm- 3 am. I think my biological clock has changed since I was a freshman. Nowadays, I cannot sleep too early (before midnight) like I used to do like when I in school. There is no problem with my health, I think. Anyway, I am now trying to sleep before midnight since I have a class too early almost every day.

I cannot sleep before midnight as usual beccause I need to do lots of works.
Midnight is the time that I decide to work harder because if I can pass through it I will survive. However, when I do not need to do near dead line works, I will sleep a bit after midnight. Then I will get up early and do my works instead.

This question has moved me to tear!
I spend a little time think about when was the last time I went bed before midnight. I cannot even figure it out. I am an night owl who like to spend a night time more than day time. I mostly go to bed at 2 am. I do realize that it’s not good but I still go to bed late.

Sleeping before midnight, it's such a ideal life. I never go to bed before midnight since I moved to MSU.
I  usually do my assignments before I go to sleep. If they were very hard, I will leave them and go to sleep.
In the early morning, I will finish  them.

I did. I mean... I used to sleep before midnight. I am not a late-night person. I always concern about my health and avoid sleeping very late at night. However, time changes, people change. I am forced to sleep late because to have many things to finish before the next morning and I need time for myself to do other things to relax before going to sleep. To sum up, I am a late-night guy now. LOL

Recently, I cannot sleep before midnight because I have to complete many assignments. I go to bed around 2 A.M. every day. Although I don't have any assignment to complete, I still go to bed at 2 A.M. because I get used to it. It is a very bad habit. It affects my health. I will try to change my sleep time.

Yes, I do. I always come back to my dorm at 10 p.m.
Then, I take a lot of time to do my work. I sometimes stay at my friend's dorm for doing group work together. After that, I will take a bath and go to bed around 1 or 2 a.m.
