I would say that I cannot sleep before midnight!
The reason that I cannot do that is I have works to do.
It is hard to manage the times while I am studying at university.
I promise that I will sleep before midnight if all of the works are done.

When I read this topic, I feel like crying so much. Since I was in the university life, there are a lot of things that change my life to midnight person. The first thing that you can see obviously is the magnificent assignments from teachers. Every piece of homework is not easy like eating the piece of cake. There are a lot of group work so, they must be the big and difficult one. those assigmets lead me to aftered midnight person.

Because of the assignments, I can not sleep before midnight anymore! As you can see, being an EN student is extremely difficult. You will see the sentence “You can sleep, when you die.” It means when you are alive, you have to work hard and harder! So, it can be said that I always sleep late at night, maybe 3 or 4 am!

What happen is that I take a nap during the day.

Personally, I never go to the bed before midnight since I was a freshman. I don't know what happened to me. When I was in high school, I always sleep before midnight every single day because I have to go to school early. My mom always wake me up at 6 o'clock and force me to sleep before midnight. hahahaha At university, no one can force me to sleep. So, I always sleep around 2 a.m.

I used to sleep before midnight when I was a junior, but right now I do not have a chance to sleep before midnight. I try to sleep before that time but I cannot. I think it becomes my routine sleeping late already. It makes my under eyes turn black and my health is weaker than it used to be. It is really bad sleep late.

Not really. Normally, I go to bed around 1 to 2 a.m. due to the fact that I have to finish my works. It seems to be a bad habit since it makes my sleep cycle worse. However, if I am exhausted, sleeping before midnight is what I am going to do. It is best recommended to sleep up to six hours so that our brain and body will function effectively.

Yes, I usually sleep before midnight. I usually sleep around 23.00 and I wake up in the early morning. Sometimes I want to keep myself staying awake at night to do homework but I cannot force myself. However, I found that I am more effective to read book and to do assignment at early morning so I adjust myself to wake up early instead of sleeping late.
