In my point of view I don't like to sleep with air conditioner on because it is too much cold. I love a natural air more than air conditioner. When I was sleeping in the room with air conditioner on, I always have a runny nose and wear a warm up clothes.
Anyway, I prefer to live with air conditioner turning on during the day.
