I always protect my skin from sunlight by using a jackket or a sweater. I think they can protect us from sunlight too. Sometimes, I forget to use a sunscreen before I'm going to outside.

Actually, I wear hood or jacket when I go outside. Applying sunscreen is also important thing to protect our skin but I always forget to apply it. These are two ways that I use to protect myself from sunlight.

I don't like to apply sun screen lotion just because I am lazy.
The way to protect my skin from the Sun's UV is using an umbrella. I also wear a sweater to protect.

Just be inside your room the whole time and never go out, that's the easiest way to protect from the sunlight. Joking aside having sunblock cream is a good idea but then you have to check whether it's suitable for you or not.
