How can you protect yourself from sunlight?

Personally, what I always do to protect my skin from getting sunburnt is to apply sunscreen on both my face and body. It is really helpful since sunscreen with SPF 50 will be your protector when you do outdoor activities. Regularly, applying sunscreen 30 minutes before going out is recommended due to the fact that it allows sunscreen to function well as it is supposed to be. Another way to help with this problem is wearing sweater. By doing so, sunlight will not directly harm your skin. What about you?

Obviously, I put on a sunscreen both my body and face. Note that the SPF should be 50+++ and it should protect us from both UVA and UVB. Sometimes, I wear a jacket or a hoodie to have double protection from sunlight. The sunlight in Thailand is more dangerous than you think. Moreover, I always wear gloves when I ride a motorbike to make sure that my hands will not be darker than my arms. LOL

I have 2 ways to protect myself from sunlight.
1.Cover up. Wear tightly-woven clothing that blocks out light. I bought airism uv cut sweater from uniqlo store. It is helpful to protect my skin from sunlight and uv.
2. Use sunscreen. I use sunscreen SPF 30++ for face and SPF 50++ for my body.

As you can see in nowadays, the weather in Thailand is very hot continuously every year. There are many ways to protect ourselves from sunlight. I will show you as follow. First, I always apply sunscreen lotion which contains UV protector at least 30 pa+++. It is one of necessary items before I went out in somewhere. I try to protect my skin because sunlight can cause cancer. Even though we didn't go outside, we still have to put on sunscreen because it still have UV rays from light bulb.

1.Use the moisturizer for 2 layers
2.Use the facial sunscreen in brand Nevia. It's SPF 50 +++ PA +++
