I protect myself from sunlight by applying sunscreen but I think it's not enough for my skin in this time because the weather is very hot and I have to ride motorcycle from the new campus so I need to protect myself from sunlight. I always wear sweater when I have to ride motorcycle for long time and for the time I forget to apply sunscreen. Sweater is the necessary item that I have to use.

However, it is impossible to do like that. Therefore, these are ways to protect myself from sunlight
-Use sunscreen
-Wear a hat
-Wear a long-sleeved shirt and long pants
