How to protect the environment by ourselves?

There are many simple things which we can do by ourselves.
I usually say no to the 7-11 cashier when he or she tries to put my pieces of stuff in many plastic bags.
I keep telling them to put everything in the same bag so I can help to reduce the plastic bag.
Importantly, I have heard that there are so many animals dying because of the plastic trash.
It's so sad since human beings are the major cause of that. They shouldn't die that way.
It also hurts me when I see some sea animals suffer from the trash which humans put in in the sea.
So, I want you to say NO to reject plastic bags whenever you buying things so that our world will be better. Let's save the world

This question really interests me! In order to protect our environment, what I can do is to stop using any kinds of plastic bags. These useless bags can cause numerous problems particularly on animals. Once they are disposed improperly, they become something dangerous for living things. As you can see from news, marine animals such as turtles are wrapped with plastic bag. Besides, those plastic bags are even consumed by the turtles. This can be harmful and even make them extinct. For example you just brink a cup or bottle when you want to buy some drink in the cafe or coffee shop , each shop has discounts for customers who bring a cup and bottle to buy any kind of drink.
