For me, I drink a cup of coffee a day in order to prevent me from feeling sleepy in class.
Sometimes, drinking coffee cannot help. I try to bite some snack and go out for having
a deep breath. How about you? What helps you from feeling sleepy in class?

I will drink water. Water is the most important thing that I must have it in every class. It can helps you from feeling sleepy. But sometimes, I will drink coffee if I feel very sleepy. And sometimes, I will ask my friends to poke me if I seem like, I am going to fall asleep.

In my point of view, chewing gum can help solve this problem.
It can be impolite yet it does help.
Apart from that, taking notes can be counted as one of effective ways to reduce this kind of feeling.
Virtually, I love to take note by using various kinds of color pen.
Having done so helps make me concentrate with the lesson efficiently.

As far as I known, I always drink water and eat mangoes. Both of them can help me from sleeping in class.
Even if I love sleeping, I should pay attention in class also. Sometimes, coffee can help you about falling asleep in class surely.

I love this question!! I am the one who usually feels sleepy in the class. Sometimes, I fall asleep in the class, too. It is a bad behavior right? I do not want to be like that, but I cannot force myself. My solution is drinking coffee. In the morning, I drink a cup of Americano before going to class. It helps a lot! If there is anyone facing this problem, try my way. It may help you also.

It's a kind of funny topic for me. Well, I rarely feel sleepy in a class if the class is not too boring.
I think that everyone has experienced about feeling sleepy in a class. I also have experienced about it.
When I feel sleepy, I will hit my face with my hand or go to a restroom in order to wash my face.
Anyway, I have known that chewing gum can help us to stay awake. I must try to do so!

Actually, I feel sleepy many times during the class so I always tell myself that I should wake up because the teacher is watching me.LOL Drinking water is another way to wake me up from feeling sleepy in class. It helps me a lot to feel awake when I drink water.

It is ridiculous for me for feeling sleepy in class but I usually feel sleepy when the class is boring or in the early morning.
What I do to wake me up from feeling sleepy are chewing gum, drinking water and pinch my arms.
But I think that chewing gum is the most effective way for me.
In addition, chewing gum helps me to wake up and also helps me to concentrate on what I am studying.
So, I have a lot of chewing gum in my backpack.

Absolutely, NOTHING!
This is not only a funny question but it is also a helpful question.
Well for me, in class I have nothing to help me from falling asleep or to have a sleepy feeling.
It is a good choice to eat some fruits, gummy or o out of the room to take a short walking but you know, for me it doesn't work. I do have the sleepy feeling in classroom and I sometimes take a very very short nap that is to close my eyes and count one to twenty. To close my eyes and count one to twenty is the only way to help me when i feel sleepy in the class!

It is advisable to get enough sleep before attending classes! lol I am convinced that if we have got enough sleep at night, we will not feel sleepy during the class! If that doesn't help, I do recommend you to be patient! Talk to yourself that if you sleep, you will not get anything! In other words, to be patient is the key to this! Everyone feels like sleeping in the class, but isn't it better to control yourself to stay focused on the lesson!

Sleepiness in classroom is the bad thing that happen with everybody. LOL I usually feel sleepy when I have a class at 8 A.M. It really bad and suffer in a class. In my opinion, I think drinking water helps me to survive from sleepiness. So, I would like to suggest you to drink water when you feel sleepy.

For me, I think candy helps me from feeling sleepy in class. Candy is so sweet and tasty. When I eat candy I feel fresh and more energy. However, If you feel sleepy I suggest you eat candy. I love candy. Candy is a hero!!

This question is so tough! LOL Why? 'Cause I usually feel sleepy when sitting in class. Kkk Although I get enough sleep, I still have that kind of feeling. However, when my eyes are going to close, I always drink water to boost them up. Additionally, playing a mobile phone can help too although that behavior is prohibited when being in class.

In break time, i go to take a walk and sometimes eat sour candy. It make me fresh. But sometimes that i cannot do anything, i just have to be patient. pale

Persanlly, When I feel sleepy, I don't want to do anything except sleeping.But in reality I have to do something to make me fresh.If I want to sleep, I wil drink some water and writing down information from the lesson in the notebook. Writting is the best way for me to help me not want to sleep

When I feel sleepy,water helps me a lot.
When I have class,I always bring a bottle of water along.
Sometimes I take a deep breath and stare at the projector.
Because if I focus something on the desk or outside,I will nod and fall asleep.And coffee also helps me when I have class in early morning.

I have already read some research in writing paper for Argumentative writing course.
It said that chewing gums actually improves learning by increasing brain activity and focus.
Sometimes, it might be impolite behavior in the classroom.
Apart from that, you have to find something to do such as note-taking when studying.
Maybe you can go to the toilet for washing your face.
Or the last choice is you have to eat something sour taste.

One way which works for me to help me not to feel asleep in class is having enough sleep at night.
it helps me a lot not to fall asleep during the day. Nowadays, I think that I feel good in class.
I am not feeling bad and quite active in class. I would like to recommend you to sleep well at night and try to go to bed early.
In another hand, If I fell asleep that day, I will find something fresh to eat to wake me up during the day.

Actually, I am a person who always feel asleep in class because I usually go to bed late.
Well, there are to ways that help me from feeling sleepy in class.
The first way is try to concentrate in class. The second way is take energy drinks before go to class.
This way really wake me up from sleeping and makes me more energy to do other activities.

If I do not have the important thing to do, absolutely I will sleep. It is the easiest and the best way to help you feel fresh. On the other hand, if I have something to be done but I also sleepy too. I will find something that sour or freshly which can make me wake up or more alert. Actually, I often drink coffee before the class if I feel sleepy.

It was a tough question!! Actually, I am a person who often feel sleepy in the class. The reasons that I often struggle with inactive situation is inadequate sleep last day or classes are boring. So, the trick I often use is to drink an ice Americano with honey. Drink it often while I am studying. It really works!!!

What helps me from feeling sleepy in class is drinking water. When I feel sleepy, I always drink water. I think that it helps me gain more oxygen. It helps me not that much. If I want to make sleepiness go away, I will wash my face. In reality, I don’t want to interrupt the class by going to the toilet so I choose drinking water instead.

For me, drinking cold water is one of the ways that can help me feel awake. However, the best way that can help you feel awake in class is to get enough sleep. If you have things to do or cannot get enough sleep at night, don’t forget to bring cold water to class.

Interesting topic!! I am the one who always sleepy during learning in the class even though I have slept earlier in last night. When I feel sleepy
during the class, I always grab the bottle of water in the class and sip it while teacher get the time for break. Moreover, I recommend you to buy some kind
of sugar free candy or gum because eating gum can reflect to your brain and you will feel better.
