Right now, I'm more tough. I'm not really feel sleepy after eating something.
But I know someone who do. LOL
She is one of my best friends and she always does that!

I don't like this behavior at all but now I always do this.
Every day after class, I would go to have dinner with my friends before go back to the dormitory.
After arrive to the dormitory, I would feel very tired and want to take a rest.
Finally, I sleep. This behavior is not good at all but I still do it.

Sometimes I feel sleepy, especially after I eat stick rice.
So if I feel sleepy after the meal or I can say before class, I will take a nap.
Taking nap for 15 minutes can help me escape the sleepy.

Yeah, sometimes I do feel sleepy after eating especially during lunch (if I do eat lunch). But currently, not really as much since I don't eat as much so I don't really feel sleepy. I only feel sleepy when I eat quite an amount of food.

Yes, I do sometimes. Especially, I have launch before I continue to study at noon. It makes me feel extremely sleepy. Therefore, I solve this problem easily. I will take a nap a little bit around 10 minutes before I study. Another solution, I will buy a cup of coffee as black coffee to stimulate my brain wake up.
