Why is exercise important?
We all know that exercise is important in our daily lives, but we may not know why or what exercise can do for us. For me, exercise improves both the strength and the efficiency of our cardiovascular system to get the oxygen and nutrients to your muscles. When our cardiovascular system works better everything seems easier and we have more energy for the fun stuff in life.

I think exercise is very important because not only you can get healthier, but also you can compact
your body and have a good shape. I love working out since it make me feel relax and fresh after 10-30 minutes doing exercise.
I recommend you to spend time about 10-30 minutes to work out in order to be stronger.

Exercising today is very important for our health.
Well, I think exercise helps me to relax and improves sleep.
The one reason why I really love to exercise because it helps me to lose and maintain weight.
I always go for exercising outside the home.
It helps me relaxed. Running is one of my favorite sport that I really love!

In my point of view, exercise can help us to decrease the rates of diseases such as obesity, diabetes, heart attack, or etc. It is also help our metabolism to be better and lose our weight that makes us healthier. So, if you want your life to be better, just go out and do exercise.
