There are a lot of benefits of exercise.
For me I used to exercise everyday and it made me have a slim body but now I rarely exercise, it makes me fat.
This is one of many benefits of exercise and exersice is very important don't forget to exercise!

As you guys know that exercising is definitely good for our health.

For me, the first benefit that run to my mind is exercising make people more healthy!
It related to cardiovascular system and also other systems in our body.
The another one is exercising make people have a good mental health.
I know that exercise is good for my life but I rarely do exercise lol.
