Vegetables are very important to us.
On the whole, vegetables tend to be low in fats, sugars, and energy, and some, such as peas, can be high in fiber and/or protein. There is a very wide variety of different vegetables available, and eating a range of these in your diet will help you to boost your fiber and protein intakes.

Eating vegetables is beneficial to our body
1. Vegetables contain many types of vitamins.
2. Vegetables have fibers that good for our digestive system.
3. No fat in vegetables so we can eat a lot, not fat.
Right now I am getting ill with hemorrhoids. therefore, eating vegetables for me is very important.

Vegetables are very important part of our life.
It helps us to be healthy and it also protect us from many diseases and improves the immunity.
Moreover, it helps us to lose the weight.
If you want to be slim and nice shape you have to eat a lot of vegetables.
It will replace the area in the stomach instead of fat.
So, you must eat vegetables too.
