I'm not a healthy person at all.
I seldom do exercise, I drink a lot of sweet drinks, I eat fast foods and I also drink less water.
I know that's bad habit but it so hard to change.
I know exercise is good for my health but I don't do because of my laziness.
How lazy I am lol.

Personally, I think I am a little healthy person except sometimes I go to bed late, eat too much sugar and play a lot of games on cell phone.
I rarely drink soft drink and junk food. I like to eat a hot tempature food. Also I never drink any alcohol.
