For me, I always do exercise regularly which keeps me healthy. I always spend time at least 30 minutes of activity every day.
Moreover, I always go to the gym near my apartment after class every day. As we knew, exercise and an increase in strength and cardio fitness levels can help reduce the risk of health concerns and diseases. Furthermore, I like to eat vegetables and fruits.
Eating a diet rich in some vegetables and fruits as part of an overall healthy diet may protect against certain types of cancers.

The most important thing to keep healthy is sleeping well. It is also the hardest thing to do. People should sleep seven or eight hours per night. It is time to relax. We can gain many benefits from sleeping. It is giving your brain to rest and your body to recharge. Another way is exercising. It helps to reduce the risk of illness and increase energy.

1. sleeping 8 hours per night and sleep for enough.

Honestly keeping healthy is easy but also the hardest, because sometimes you have to cut down a lot of things whether it's having to do some late night work, hanging with friends or even eating food. But you have to discipline yourself if you want to be healthy and remind yourself onto why you are doing it. Having enough sleep is one key that people struggle because sometimes they do and sometimes they don't. Drinking only water and not anything sugary can sometimes make you crave for those and exercising, people always say I will do it but not even do it and just say tomorrow is another day. So the key is discipline to just do and try.

I always sleep 8 hours, getting a good night's sleep can improve my memory.
I usually eat fruits, it's full of vital vitamins, folate and fibers.
Being in a good mood will do wonders for my health.

We all can keep healthy by eating good food, getting enough sleep, getting some serious strain, and so forth. As for me, these three things are the things I always do in my daily life. This question is very interesting! Well... I always go to bed early, not too late. Moreover, I always eat good food and drink good beverages. I do not eat food containing oil or sugar that lead me to any disease. I also do exercising as much as I can.

If you want to be healthy, the first thing you need to do is stop eating junk food and drinks. I think food and drinks are the main things that make you be healthy or unhealthy. You need to be careful about what you will eat because what you eat will be in your body. It affects every part of your inside system of the body. Exercising might help you be healthy, but if you still eat the same, the result will be the same.

For me, just do some exercise.
Eat properly. Do not eat too much junk foods.

I choose activities I enjoy. Many things count as exercise, including walking, gardening and dancing. Moreover, I make fruits and vegetables a part of every meal. Put fruit on my cereal. Eat vegetables as a snack.

I have no idea with keeping physical health healthy.
Because I don't like exercise but I am trying to drink lots of water.

Personally, I actually eat organic food because I am on a diet.

Well, I love to keep my firm and healthy body by doing exercise and eating less carbohydrate and junk food.
There are many kinds of exercise that I do when I want to keep my healthy body such as cardio, running and badminton.
I sometimes go to gym with my friend and after finished exercise I also control my weight with choosing to eat good food.

Because the food and drinks are very good and delicious.
Including me I can't keep healthy since I came to the University.

Let me tell you a little bit. Few things are as good for you as regular physical activity. While it can be hard to find the time, it’s important to fit in at least 30 minutes of activity every day. We can choose activities that we enjoy. Many things count as exercise, including walking, gardening and dancing. Make exercise a habit by setting aside the same time for it each day. Try going to the gym at lunchtime or taking a walk regularly after dinner. That's all for me.
