Cardiovascular events are the number one killer. A lot depends on the individual as well. Someone who is at high risk of cardiovascular problems is in a different situation from those at low risk. Genetics and other individual differences also play a role.

In fact, it can make you fat and causes heart disease. Cheese is a great source of calcium, fat, and protein. It also contains high amounts of vitamins A and B-12, along with zinc, phosphorus, and riboflavin. Actually. it could protect your teeth from cavities.

I think cheese has too many calories that are difficult to eliminate when you exercise.
moreover, If you eat too much that can lead to Diseases. I mean when you eat the fat, salt and calories, you pack on the pounds. and you become overweight, you have a higher risk of heart disease and diabetes. I really bad for your health.

I think cheese is not healthy because it has high sodium and fat also high calories.
I think why many people do love cheese I think isn't a good taste for me. Many people always consume cheese with Pizza, bread, Hamberger also french fries, I used to try it but I don't like it.
Cheese can make many people get diabetes.

I would say that I am really into cheese! When it comes to cheese, people often say they love it so much they can’t live without it but hate that it can make you fat and causes heart disease. The truth is that cheese is what you call a whole food. Whole foods are generally good for you, as long as you don’t eat too much of one thing.

Cheese does contain some important nutrients, including calcium and protein, along with vitamin B12 and zinc. However, the calories can add up quickly if you aren't mindful

In my point of view, I am not sure that cheese is healthy or unhealthy. However, I think that cheese may be unhealthy for physical health, but for mental health, cheese is the healthy one!!!

I don't think cheese is healthy.
It contains a lot of fat and high in calories but it doesn't give so much energy. However, cheese is useful for people who live in very cold area. It will help them feel a bit warmer.

I think cheese is unhealthy but I really like cheeseeee!! For the research, Cheese is a good source of calcium, a key nutrient for healthy bones and teeth, blood clotting, wound healing, and maintaining normal blood pressure. However, cheese can also be high in calories, sodium, and saturated fat. If you want to eat cheese you can eat but not too much for a good result to yourself.

I think it is not because it is salty and fat. It can contribute high sodium and cholesterol in our body and problably causes diseases such as kidney disease, obesity and dyslipedemia if we take too much. However, I like to have it.

Absolutely not, I would like to say that cheese is not healthy food at all. Cheese contains lots of fat

I think cheese can be healthy if we consume it in a proper portion.
I mean it is not just cheese but any kind of food.
If you eat too much fruits, you can end up with high sugar and be in the ER as well.
You just have to manage your diet and balance.

Personnally, cheese is harmful for health because it contain a lot of tranformed fat. I think eating cheese everyday bring you

Even cheese has a good taste and one of my favorite thing but I think cheese is unhealthy.
If you eat a lot of cheese, it might makes a bad effect to your body. It will begin a bad disease.
Because of cheese has a high calories. We can eat cheese but we have to manage how much we can eat.
