I want you to try, If you feel a sudden urge for a specific food, try drinking a large glass of water and wait a few minutes. You may find that the craving fades away, because your body was actually just thirsty.Furthermore, drinking plenty of water may have many health benefits. In middle-aged and older people, drinking water before meals can reduce appetite and help with weight loss.
It's a good way to stop eating junk food.

For me, I should ...
1. Eating less junk food means less cravings
2. Don’t buy unhealthy foods.
3. Eat wholesome meals throughout the day.

Ummmm I honestly can't stop eating junk food for a day. It tastes so good like I'm melting because of its flavor. Mcdonald, KFC, Yayoi, and Pizza are the best delicious junk food restaurant in the world. The chicken from Mcdonald and KFC is very crispy just only one bite you will feel your soul fly up to heaven because of the taste. Yayoi and Pizza are the special ones that have various food to decide and good promotion for a regular customer.

As I am a person who loves eating junk foods, I have no plan in quitting it. LOL It seems to me that those junk foods taste wonderful. If I were to stop this behavior, I would take myself away from those junk food restaurants namely McDonald. Well, I just cannot do that for they seem to be a part of my life. LOL

I am not a junk food lover but I think that I can give you some useful suggestions. You can start by reducing the amount of it. You can change a meal from junk food to another kind of food which is low calories and more healthier. You need to control your desire trying not to follow your mouth. It may take time to change this behavior but I think you can do it.

For me, i watching exercise video. Lol actually this is my top problem though, eating junk food. That’s why i gain a lot of weight!!! I gain 10 kg. In one year! And now i feel very uncomfortable. So i go to the gym for exercise and watching a lot of exercise video. I think it can help though. Sometimes i watch Victoria’s secret as well, for being my inspiration. Lol

To be honest, the most effective way to stop eating junk food for me is to tell myself that junk food cannot fulfill my stomach. It is expensive as well. If I want to be full, I need to pay a lot of money to buy a combo set of it. This way can remind me to stop eating junk food because I am the person who always chooses the food which can make me full with inexpensive price.

Sometimes, I am sick of eating junk foods. Of course, I cannot refuse that I do not love eating junk foods. I love those so much. Eating funk foods too much makes me feel ill and oilly. So, sometimes, I turn my face to vegetables than eat it happily. You do not stop eating those foods. do it your best. At the last of life, I will die finally.

Everybody knows that eating junk food is not good for your health. So do I. Even though, I know that eating junk food is not good for my health, but I still cannot stop eating it. Junk food becomes a part of my daily life because it is tasty and convenient for me. There is a lot of time that I want to stop eating it. I think the best way to stop eating junk food is cooking food yourself. A home-cooked meal is the best way to avoid eating junk food and it is good for your health. You will know every step and ingredient of the dish. Therefore, you surely know that the dishes are good for your health.

Is it look terrible if I say that I cannot stop eating junk food? I think it is too hard for me. I really love to eat. When I'm getting angry, I know that I'm hungry so I have to find something to eat to kill my anger especially junk food. Nothing much, It is delicious and it is easy to find because sometimes I have no time to wait for anything so I decide to choose the comfy way.

We can not say that junk food is the easiest way to eat some foods because it takes a little time to buy and eat . Especially, it is delicious. So it is so difficult to stop eating it. However, we have to imagine when we are sleeping on the bed in the hospital because of the disease caused by junk food. LET'S IMAGINE!

I think focusing on the positive side of healthy eating is more effective than focusing on the need to remove junk food.
The more healthy foods I add in my body, the easier it will be to crowd out the unhealthy ones. Just stay positive!

For me, I have some tips to share that I use to eat less junk food.
First, i always think about the monosodium glutamate in the food.

I don't know...... because I don't like eating it. However, I think to stop eating it is very easy. You just think about the negative side effects of them before you eat them. It helps a lot I think. Just realize that it continuously kills you little by little in every bite of yours. It makes you have bad health. You might be dead in the next 2 years if you still eat it.
