As everyone knows that junk food is every famous in Thailand. It's pretty hard to stop eating I know, but since it is not good for our health so we should not eat it. First, you may try to reduce to eat it. Try not to eat it so often and try to find other food that is good for your health such as milk, chicken, salad, and so on. Next, you might watch some videos about the result of eating a ton of junk food. Owing to this, I think we fear to eat it for sure. So, I support you to cook by yourself because you can cook the dish that you want. Sometimes, you can cook without oil. I think it is the best way to stop eating junk food. Smile Cool

Well, I will remind myself to look at a price of junk food because most of junk food are usually expensive and unreasonable.
If I want to eat food fully, I will not buy junk food for sure because of its price. This is my way to stop or reduce eating junk food.
Anyway, it depends on how hard can you try to control yourself to buy and eat junk food. Although you don't have much money, you will buy and eat it if you want to.

Um, just think of your health that unhealthy food eaten won’t work for your heaith and won't keep your weight in check in a long term effect. Many of us feel compelled to eat junk food and its taste is so fastastic. However. they is a diet high in fat. You may follow a strict diet and exercise regularly to get rid of that fat. Remember that you can get too many calories and not enough nutrients from eating junk food.

Actually, it really hard to stop eating junk food. I used to be on seriously diet so I have to reduce all of junk food. After that in a short time, I started to bored junk food. I think if you can reduce or stop eating junk food, it will good for your health so much.

For me, I have some tips to share that I use to eat less junk food.
First, drinking water. Then, eat more protein and fruits.
The last tip is get more sleep. The last important thing is you need to take action!

Is a very good topic! But it was hard to do. Lol
I am addicted to eating junk food because it saves time and it is inexpensive.
But on the other hand, it's not very useful for health.
Actually, I can say that I can't to stop it but the way to reduce it is to eat fruit instead.
Unbelievable that it will work, but it really works!!

I couldn't stop it but I tried reducing it. It's fast and easy to eat.

Honestly, I cannot stop eating the junk food but I can manage the time that when I will eat it or when I will not eat it.
Sometimes, I realize that I cannot stop doing something seriously but I can make them better by do not over restrict myself. So, it is going to be alright for me.

To be honest, I can't stop eating junk food because I love it so much.
I try to manage to eat it twice per week and it's not too hard.
So, everyone knows that eat a lot of junk food it's not good but you have to eat more healthy food instead of it and do exercise.

To be honest, it was very hard to stop eating junk food, but I did it in a short time in the past. At that time, I had no money and I wanted to diet and it worked. I had only the main meal a day and I drank only the still water. It really helped me to lose 7 kg. so, I suggest you all that if you want to stop eating junk food, you should be poor like me.

Well, I got two ways to stop eating junk food. The first way is that you have to make a rule for yourself. A rule can keep you in order and for my rule, I will bite my hand anytime I want to eat those garbage. Another way is that you have to alter your tongue and how you eat. You have to eat only 1 dish for 1 meal and don't eat any snack and you have to eat yogurt as your dinner every day so that your tongue won't taste anything on junk food.

I tried to eat only the main meal and drink a lot of water. I also had a lot of things to do.
It helps me forget to think about eating junk food. You have to be very strict when you planned to get rid of junk food.
When you have not eaten in for a while, you will feel like you don't want to eat and it does not delicious anymore.

It is quite hard for me to stop eating junk food.
Especially, I have to eat junk food during a rush hour or in a special day.
Anyway, many types of junk foods in Thailand are quite expensive.
There is no need for me to spend a lot of money with junk food.
So, I prefer to eat normal food if I have enough time.

Personally, I really do not know how to stop eating junk food.
I found that junk food is one of my most favorite things to eat.

Stop eating junk food is hard but we can do it.
we should start from eating healthy food and concern about what we eat.
You will find that your need of junk food is less than before. Nowadays, I eat less junk food ant eat more fruits, vegetable, and healthy food.

I will think of the cons of eating junk foods then I won't need to eat them anymore.
There are so many cons of junk foods. Junk food is highly processed so junk food gives your body sugars, trans fats and sodium. When eating junk foods, you may be more prone to dehydration and more frequent bad moods, as well as weight gain. Eating junk food late at night can also make it hard on your digestive system, so you may find it really hard to get up and get moving the next day.

This question is quite hard for me !!! Many time I try to stop eating junk food but it is not success. I don’t know why I can’t stop eating it. I know it not good for our health. But it is very delicious. So, I still eat it and I will exercise more if I eat it more.

Honestly, I cannot stop eating junk food. When I eat junk food, I feel refresh. I seldom eat junk food so I think that it is OK to eat it. When I have a lot of stress and a lot of work, I eat junk food after these things are gone. I eat junk food to reward myself. I can say that I cannot stop eating junk food.

I have to admit that stop eating junk food is quite hard for me. I have been eating junk food for many years since it's convenient having them as meals. When I am in a rush hour, junk food is the best choice. Moreover, it is quite cheap and easy to eat.

When I decide to stop eating junk food, I just plan the menu that I need to eat to get nutrients enough for each day. Moreover, I avoid getting extremely hungry during a day by drinking water or milk. This is the easiest way for me to stop eating junk food.

hahhahaha! This is the best question that I have seen before because I am also the person who like eating junk food although it's not good for my health.Morover juck food is very delicious and yummy, maybe I have to stop myself to eat it but it's just a short time after that I continuely eat it.So I don't know how to stop eatinh junk food. Then I just read others comment in this post and I hope it's woriking for me too.

to stop eating junk food by not going to buy it anymore because when I went to the shop or the super market, I always grab some snack
and some chocolate to eat in the midnight. So, stop doing like that.
