Personally, I think to eat at the night have any reason.
Due to, your big assignment, abnormal behaviour with your meal and your emotions.
Moreover, you can stop it at the first time, you can decrease it from a little and stop it in the last time.
Anyway, in the final exam period, I can not control myself to stop eating at night anymore.

For me, I think sleeping is the effective way that can stop me eating at night. However, I think eating at night has its own reasons. For example, if you read books or do some homework at night, you need something to gain energy for work. Therefore, I suggest that sleeping and eating properly on time.

Eating at night is a bad habit is good for your body sometimes you can cause health problems. I will give you my best tips to help you change this bad habit and finally regain control over food.
- Eat enough during the day
- Avoid eating or drinking a lot of sugar at dinner time
- Drink water

Actually, I am often hungry at night, but it is not good eating snacks at night. I know well.
So, I try not to buy any snacks I can't stop eating them.
And, the best way is drinking water or juice instead.

I used to eat at night every day, I got my self out of that habit by eating bigger meals on a daily basis.
I usually find a way to have bigger meals throughout the day and eat only when I'm actually hungry, instead of eating because I feel like eating.

In my opinion, if you are preoccupied with thoughts of food because you're bored, then find something else you enjoy doing in the evening. This will help keep your mind occupied.
Finding a new hobby or planning evening activities can help prevent mindless late-night snacking.

I think how to stop eating at night is going to bed early.
Also, you should not have any snacks in your room so when you are hungry you don't get to eat.
Maybe, you should fine something to do so it can help you if you are really hungry or you think you are hungry.

For me, I think, I will eat more things in every meals.
I mean every meals, it should be seperate more than 3 meals.
I am the person who always eat at night.
However, I stop eating at night with this term.

I don’t buy any snacks or food at my room. Because I often hungry at night. So, I think if nothing to eat, I would stop to eat. And I think that is very good idea because it can help me to stop eating at night.
