WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO STOP EATING JUNK FOODS?
The best way of me that I rally proud to show you is eat something instead of junk foods or snack .
I always grab something to eat when I do a lot of work and the things that I eat are vegetable and fruit.
There are many kind of fruit that can make you full a long the day such as banana, guava and watermelon.

Just drink water!
Thirst is often confused with hunger or food cravings.

It is quite hard. Before thinking that you want to stop eating junk food, you need to find your desire first.
If you are happy when eating junk food, it is okay. However, you need to have limit.
If you eat too much, the negative effect will harm you.

Here are some tips that I want to tell you:
- Drink a lot of water
- Plan your meals
- Avoid getting hungry
- Get enough sleep
If you can do these steps, the result will exactly show you. But it's quite hard. Don't give up!

This is a hard question for me. I'm absolutely addicted to junk food, especially, chip and soft drink. I enjoy having junk foods and I can't find a way to stop it. If you have a good solution, please suggest me.

For me, the best way to stop eating junk food is you have to eat healthy food! I think junk food is very fast and easy to order and eat it.
That’s why many people choose junk food to be a main meal.
We have to tried healthy food it can also helps you as you can.
