What is/are your problem(s) when you join the English camp?

After I joined the English camp last two weeks, I was an emcee. And then, I found that I have problems with speaking skills and creativity. I need to speak fluently and create more on how to entertain children. I have to focus on how to be a good emcee and how to deal with an unexpected situation. However, I still believe that I can be a good emcee of the English camp.
