If I cannot sleep and next day I have nothing to do, I will watch a movie or some videos on Youtube. I like to calm my self before go to bed. But if I cannot sleep and the next day I have classes, I will find some book to read may be philosophy book. It make me easy to go to sleep.

When I can't sleep at night, I always listening musics that I like. Or listen to the sound of nature such as the sound of waves or the sound of waterfall.

For me, when I can't sleep I always listening to musics, watch deama series, and other videoes on Youtube.
They make me automatically feel sleep. In addition, listening to musics and watch videos makes me feel free
and relax so it makes me feel sleepy faster and sleep better.

What I usually do is find something to watch or to read.
YouTube is my favorite application for finding things to watch and
Listening to the ghost radio on this application can make me fall asleep very well.
Twitter is a good application to fing something to read!

For me, when I can't sleep I always listening to music, and watch videoes on Youtube. They make me feel sleepy easily.
In addition, listening to music and watch videos makes me feel relax. Even though some videos make me can't sleep because they are a horror movies.

If I can't sleep, I just count numbers in my head just trying to bore myself out without not thinking anything. Because if you are thinking about things of course you're not going to sleep, just bore yourself out to the most mundane things, easy and simple.

If I cannot sleep I would like to read a book and watch a cartoon.
Sometimes when I can't sleep I like to read a book because of book is a cause to sleep well.
Sometimes when I can't sleep I like to watch Doremon I don't know why I watched Doremon that leads me to sleep well.

If I can’t sleep at night, I will find movies, music or funny clips to watch or listen. They can help me a lot. Another way, I found that listening to rainy sound is very helpful. It can relax me. I used to do this way and I can sleep well. However, nowadays the sleeping problem rarely happen to me because everyday is very exhausting.

I have plenty of time-consuming activities to do when I have nothing to do especially when I cannot sleep at night. I prefer doing something else instead of trying to sleep. Even I feel so sleepy, I want to relax myself and do something else.

Personally, I am an easy fall asleep person. But if I have some serious thing, I will get hard to fall asleep. 
So, I often read cartoons or listen to music to help me sleep deeper.

These days, I have been so tired due to a pile of works that need to be done. For this reason, I can fall asleep so easily. When I cannot sleep at night, what I normally do is listening to music. It makes me feel relaxed and calm. Apart from this, reading books can make me fall asleep quickly as well. LOL Actually, sleeping is what I long for. I love sleeping!

I usually listen to music when I cannot sleep at night.
When I cannot sleep and I listen to music, I probably fall asleep in 20-30 minutes.

If I feel like I am having less quality of sleep, I tend to read cartoons because this is the use of eyes sight at night. Using a lot of eyes sight will make me feel more sleepy, which allows me to sleep easier.

When I can't sleep at night I have learned that fighting it is the worst thing I can do.
I get up and out of bed. and go to do something, sometimes I listen to music, sometimes I watch movie.
Lying in bed staring at the ceiling just makes me ruminate on everything that isn't going wrong.

I always good at sleeping but sometimes I can't sleep at night.
The things that I do when I can't sleep at night are listening to relax music or rain sound on youtube, reading book and calling friend.

I would say I can sleep easily in 5 minutes whenever I lay down on my bed. However, if I can't sleep at night. Watching movies or cartoons make me fall asleep. In addition, counting sheep is the simple way that I usually use.

Recently last night, I cannot sleep. I listened to clip of storytelling. This is the primary step. If I get tensions, I will count until I sleep. Another technique is praying. I use these techniques to control my mind. Sometimes, they work, but sometimes they so not.

For me, playing games is the way that helps me sleep at night. As you know, people will easily sleep when they are relaxed and relieved from something so playing games is relaxed and relieved for me.

In my opinion, I would like to recommend that if I cannot sleep at night, I will turn on the kinds
of music on my smartphone. The kinds of music can always help me sleep at night well when I
cannot sleep. I like to listen to kinds of musical classic songs.

for me, i take some pill and go to sleep. LOL
I'm kidding, i am just watching some video on YouTube and going to sleep though.

For me, music can significantly improve the quality of sleep.
It can even be used to improve chronic sleep disorders like insomnia
Listening to it may be a great tool for better sleep.

If I have a roommate, I will talk to her untill I feel sleepy.

I have got insomnia almost every night. I have many ways to deal with this symptom.
I will drink warm milk or chamomile tea which helps to feel calm before sleeping.
I will take a pill of Melatonin to make me fall asleep faster and deeper.
Everything that I eat or take is not harmful or cause a negative effect on my health.
It is a safe way to fall asleep faster.

For me, if I can’t sleep at night, I will watch anime, read manga or fiction, or listen to the songs. Then, about half an hour, I will feel sleepy and can sleep tightly.
