Do you find Professional Learning Community or PLC beneficial to a teaching job?
I do believe people can actually improve themselves through learning from one another bit by bit! Professional Learning Community or PLC is an approach that allows people in the same profession to learn from one another so that they can improve their professional performances! I do not believe that people can learn many of the things by themselves alone! All of us need suggestions for further improvement! Sometimes, we are unable to see what we perform if it works or not, but our colleagues can! It is quite the same as providing feedback after the work has been completed! It is widely accepted that the use of feedback helps workers in certain professions improve themselves a lot!
