Skipping breakfast may put you on the fast track to weight gain, heart disease, osteoporosis, irritability or mood swings, menstrual irregularity, low energy levels, low memory and hormonal stress.

Someone said to me that skip having breakfast is bad.
If that day I don't have breakfast, it will cause me to hungry all day.
Having breakfast can help me to have more concentrate.

I think we better not to skip breakfast if we can do.
Because it is the most important meal.

Definitely! It really bad if you don't have breakfast.
That's why I try to have breakfast everyday.
Breakfast can help you to eat less for the next meals.

In my opinion skip breakfast is very bad for our health.
But I'm skip breakfast almost every day TT.
So, skip breakfast causes me to have reflux acids.
