Is it really bad to skip breakfast?
Skipping breakfast is never a good idea because your body has been fasting from the night. When you skip meals especially “the most important meal of the day", your metabolism slows down and chances of overeating later in the day are much higher. Not eating breakfast can lead to lower energy levels leaving you feeling tired and lethargic throughout day.

Have you ever heard about "Body clock"? It is a natural, internal system in our body.
Everybody has a body clock system, skipping breakfast will be dangerous for your body.
It can result in the long term; your body system will work inefficiently.
So, breakfast is very important for our body; you should wake up early and have breakfast.

I think so!
Even though I rarely have breakfast since I decide to continue sleeping in every morning before class, I know that skipping breakfast really impacts to our body systems.
Since breakfast is the first meal of the day and we need energies to deal with tasks all day long, it is really harmful if we skip this first meal.
A person might not notice the real consequences suddenly since we get used to it, but all the body systems are eroded little by little.
You will face a great impact when you get older.

I think breakfast is the most important meal for us! So, it is never a good idea to skip it! I think we need to have breakfast every day! To have had breakfast, our brain has something to feed on, and we can think very well! I mean breakfast helps us with memorization! Everything seems to be working very well if we have breakfast! All in all, it is not wise to skip breakfast!

Yes, of course. I think skipping breakfast is really bad for your health because breakfast is the most important meal. I usually try to wake up in the early morning, so i will have much time for having my breakfast.

How ever, I usually skip breakfast because the most of my study schedule are in the morning.
I have to take time for taking a shower, getting dressed and doing my makeup so it is really hard to me to have brakfast
but in the recent time I try to have breakfast but in the result I can not.

In my opinion, It is quite bad for skipping breakfast that will bring many diseases for you. Breakfast is the most important meal in a day because it helps the working of many system in our bodies especially, the working of human that will work better with breakfast. It is also helps our bodies to keep balance such as weight and fat. So, you should have breakfast everyday for being healthy.

I would say skipping breakfast makes your immune system weaker.
You have a chance of becoming ill because you are more susceptible to germs and diseases.
Skipping breakfast or other meals not only makes you weaker, but it also makes your internal organs and cells weak.

I agree with you, breakfast is an important meal that we need to eat. But for real life since I've been in university, it is very easy for me to skip breakfast only when I have class in the morning.Sometimes I don't because I'm lazy to go out and bored with the food at 7-11. For now, I always eat breakfast, it make me more healthier and ready to do everything in that day.

In my opinion, skipping breakfast is not good eating habit. It may cause a few health problem such as stomachache. Our bodies will not gain a balance diets in a day so, it cannot boost our energy during a day. For me I have been trying to have breakfast every day, but some day I wake up and get out bed late. This is a main reason I cannot have breakfast and skip breakfast.

Absolutely yes! As I have known, breakfast is an important meal. So, skipping breakfast is never good for our health! Breakfast brings us the energy to stay and work the whole day. So, we all should have breakfast every morning since it's good for our health. Anyway, I often skip breakfast since I have early classes and I sometimes too lazy to find something to eat in the morning. My mother always tells me that I'd better have it. And I'm trying not to skip such an important meal now.

Yes, it is. The effects of not having breakfast are quite something. I don't remember what it is exactly but I always eat breakfast almost every morning purely because I am hungry.
