How can you use eye contact in class?

I have always considered eye contact in class very effective! I have come to realize that we, as teachers, can use eye contact:
- to ensure that the students have understood what they are supposed to do and know what is going on;
- to indicate who is to speak when calling on one after the other to repeat a word or sentence;
- to show a student who is talking that we, as teachers, are taking notice;
- to check that everyone is participating.

I don't really know a lot about how to use eyes contact in a classroom. At present, I am trying to train a use of eye contact in a classroom.
As you can see, I am not good at using eye contact, but I think I do it better than I was in previous semester.
I usually use eye contact in a classroom in order to see what is happening in the classroom and how students are doing.
Anyway, I'm interested in using eye contact to control or deal with naughty students.

I make an eye contact every time I speak.
I feel making eye contact helps convey the messages like speech does.
Plus, it makes listeners feel the connection between the speaker and listeners.

I use very less eye contact when presenting my work or even perform a peer teaching in front of the class.
I am trying to use eye contact as much as I can to improve my speech.
It is the hard thing for me but It should be done as much as possible.

Eye contact is not only important in teaching but for any kind of conversation. Eye contacts is a show of respect of a listener and at the same time a show of confidence about the speaker being able to speak.
I always try to give eye contacts whether as a speaker or a listener because it is an important skill.

Eye contact is very important for class because if teacher just teaches students without eye contant, students probably think their teacher doesn't interested in them and they will do other things not focuss on what teacher is teachinh.
Personally, I usually use eye contant to my every students because I have to interested with my students or maybe I have to use it more to the student who doesn't interested in my teach at that time

It is confidence. Some people said if you want have a stunning in the class; first step is born to be handsome. I think it’s not true. Your confidence can make you can make eyes cotract. Don’t care about what people said because they are nothing on you. Your facial expressions are from your confidence. So, the viewers will touch your feelings by looking in your face and eys.

When you’re making eye contact with students, you have to show that you’re actively listening, engaged, and understanding what he’s saying. It encourages the speaker to keep moving forward, and to be confident in what he’s saying.
