How can you help students to improve their listening?

I think I need to think about what I say in the classroom. This means I have to make sure I can pronounce each word clearly and phonologically correctly because many things that happen in the classroom involve the student in listening. Also, I have to encourage students to talk and listen to each other. The last thing I can do is provide texts and activities which will develop listening skills and strategies at the same time as providing input for language acquisition!

As a teacher, I think this is very difficult to improve the listening skill for English as Foreign Language (EFL) students. I can not also improve listening skills either. So, I have to improve my students better than me. I have to follow this strategies :
1. Let them watch movies in English
2. Always open audio in English.
3. Ask them to answer what they listen to.

I can help students' to improve their listening skill by providing a lot of fun English videos for them to watch.
For example, on Youtube, there are a lot of channels that create knowledgable and fun videos such as Jayy Crane.
This method helps a lot. I have experienced by myself.
Moreover, I will speak only English with my students to improve both their speaking and listening skills. "Listen a lot, gain a lot"

Helping students improve their listening on English can be simple but hard to master. To help them I would have them actually listen to loads of English media such as music, movies or any other media that requires them listening. Have them also question on what they have heard, try make them not use any subtitles due to want them to increase their mastery on listening. Those are the best approach I can suggest as I do them myself if I try learning some other languages that I want to learn.
