Are you still afraid of the peer teaching or have you got used to it?

At the very first time of my peer teaching when I was a junior student, I felt very fearful to be speaking and handling the class in front of my friends and my professor! Then, I could not come up with words to use or sentences to say in order to get the class going! I had made lots of mistakes at that time of my first peer teaching! Time does fly! Now, I do not feel afraid of being the class supervisor! I just feel good to make mistakes, and learn from them! No one is perfect; it is better to gradually learn things from doing or performing tasks!

I would say yes lol. I am still afraid of peer teaching a little bit when I have to teach a text 3. I think this part is the hardest part of peer teaching. I would say I'm not a good explainer. So, if I have to do this part, I will feel nervous. However, if I have to do text 1,2 or activities, I will be so comfortable I don't really know why. lol

I love this topic! I want to talk about this for awhile, but I still have no chance. Now, it is a good time to talk about it!
At the first time, I was very afriad of peer teaching because I never used English to teach and I was not good at using classroom language.
I have been practicing in classroom language together with how to manage a classroom. Fortunately, I think I have improved my skill in teaching a little bit better.
Now, I think I can do peer teaching fearlessly but not every time. LOL
Anyway, peer teaching is quite a little bit fun for me at the present time.

I could say I am always afraid of peer teaching or speaking in public. I've spent a lot of my time trying to overcome it. But, I still get that nervous feeling. My heart beats fast and I feel flush, but I’ve decided to call that feeling something else. Instead of thinking about it as nervousness I think of it as feeling excited about peer teaching in front of my friends. By the way, I really love to run activities rather than text1, 2,3. Now, I am trying hard not to afraid of peer teaching.

In my perspective, it is very common to think like tha. everyone does not want to be in upset way so if you got peer teaching someone how to feedback to another one day. It can be a disadvantage or advantage to another one. they can be good or bad for someone. if they can access it and apply for their life. It is not scary but it’s like a sunlights for dawn of enlightenment and it is the best way to in for you to be a good teacher in the future.

I was afraid in my first peer teaching because I have never done it before.I feel released after I have done it. I feel more relax after my first peer teaching. Moreover, I feel more relax in my second and third peer teaching.

My first time peer teaching, I was like... extremely nervous and couldn't control myself. It's been a year and I get nervous a bit when I have peer teaching. However, I never get nervous when I teach in the real classroom during an English camp. Personally, peer teaching is not the same as we teach in the classroom. I don't have to worry about our friends staring at us. I feel more comfortable when I teach in the classroom.

However, after I'd practiced teaching a lot on many types of lesson plans, I thought that there was nothing to fear if I was prepared well. Since I was a junior student, I felt very afraid and nervous when I teach my friends in TEFL 1. Back then, I cannot control myself because I never ever use English 100% in teaching students. From then on, I decided to join Kru Eng club in order to practice my teaching in the actual school, not peer one. By doing so, it help me a lot in managing students in the class. I am better in using English and classroom language. Now, I think I am pretty good at teaching than I was.

I am still afraid of the peer teaching. My first peer teaching was so scary that I vomited before I did the peer teaching. At that time, me and my friend were the first group so I was very scared. I realized that there were many things that I have to improve such as classroom language and an organization of the slides. After the first peer teaching, I tried to improve those faults. But I am still scared because I always like to think of the negative sides. I will improve myself to be better.

Not at all! I would say that I get familiar with peer teaching since I have been practicing so hard. When I was a third year student, it was a tough task for me to stand in from of the class teaching and monitoring others. I felt so nervous and its result was not satisfying. LOL However, I have learned a lot from what I did in the past. My teaching skills are better now! I can perform teaching confidently without being worried about the results. Practice does make perfect!
