Personally, I am the one who really love listening to old English songs. The reason that I love because old English songs are simple, easy to listen and easy to sing along. Simple in the way of rhythm and content. The words that is used in lyrics is easy to remember and sing along. For me, Yes, I do. I do like to listen to an old English songs but not that often.
There is something that attractive to me when I listen to this kind of song. I mostly listen and sing along to the songs all of the times. But for now, I rarely listen to this kind of song and I do not really know why or maybe I found that it is not attractive to me anymore!

Personally, I like old English songs more than trendy songs. My favorite singers are M2M, Westlife, Mariah Carey. Are these old enough? LOL
I think those of their songs express narratively so it's easy to get the message from songs. You will know 5 wh-words in those songs such as
who, what, where, how, when, or sometimes why. They hardly find in trendy songs. Maybe I'm an old person who struck with a beautiful past.

WOW!! that's my favorite songs too. I like to listen old English songs.
Most of them that I like are sad songs and romantic songs. I have many favorite band of old English music such as Atlantic starr, SOS Band,Earth Wind&Fire and New ridicals. I recommend " After love has gone" by Earth Wind& Fire. This song is quite sad and more sadder if you listen it while the rain is coming.

Yes, of course!!! I started to listen to English songs when I was 12. And, they were old songs like the 60s or 70s. After that, I have listened to more old English songs. I confess that songs in the 2000s are still new to me. My favourite is songs in the 70s - 80s and some of the 90s. The bands and artists that I like are The carpenters, Eagles, Rod Stewart, Simon and Garfunkel, The Beatles, BeeGees, and so on. A reason why I love listening to old songs is that they have beautiful language and meaning.

Well... I rarely listen to the old English song. Obviously my style is quite different from the others. As you see, I totally listen to Asian songs more than English songs. Japanese songs are the first of all that I have been listening. Vocaloid is the voice synthesis program, I really love its tone and rhythm. And I always listen to those songs in covered version by real people as Soraru, Amatsuki, Luz and many many people. The first Japanese song (Vocaloid), the beginning of me in this way, is Bad End Night. I love it so much!

For me, I love listening to old English songs as well. I think the melody, the tempo, and the lyrics are pretty good. It's easy to listen and make me feel relaxed. In my opinion, today's songs are quite complicated. The deep beat makes the song not interesting for me. Personally, I love to listen to an easy song like R&B or Pop music. It makes my mind bright.
