From my perspective, cell phones should not be banned in the classroom because there are great advantages outweigh the disadvantages. Cell phones can be use as the effective tools to enhance students' learning by many ways.

I could not completely agree with banning the phone in the classroom. I think we are the teacher in the twenty-first century. We should apply the technology into the classroom. We can take it in the subject contents that we called " CALL or MALL". There are advantages of using the phone in the classroom.
1. Students can have fun with technology.
2. Students can learn themselves.
3. Students can improve their English with that methods.

Mmm.. I disgree with that because although mobile phones can disturb students' abilities to learn, they have many strong points. For instance, they can be used as a tool to do the activity. If the activity requires students to use mobile phones, they will feel active and motivated since cell phones are innovative to them. See? Phones can improve students' motivation to learn.

In my opinion, I think there are actually lots of benefits of using cell phones in the classroom. I think teachers can use the cell phone as one of the materials. Allowing students to use cell phones during the classroom is not a bad thing. However, the teacher should manage the classroom including students well. Using only the activity part or the part that students need to use it. It would benefit students so much. Therefore, I do not agree with banning cell phones in the classroom.

I agree with banning cell phones in the classroom when there is no activity that doesn't use a cell phone. I think students might always pay attention to their cell phone not to the lesson.
However, using a cell phone in the classroom is useful in many ways.
