I like Aerobic exercises, such as running, swimming or dancing, are activities that work your cardiovascular system.
I usually running at my dormitory's fitness 30 minutes a day.
They get my heart rate up and make my breathe harder. This type of exercise can reduce high blood pressure, and may even lower the risk of cancer.

Personally, I prefer running for my exercise.
This kind of exercises is very easy and simple to do. Running helps make my legs stronger. It also helps improve my blood circulation.
I can do it very place like a public park or somewhere else.
When I was in high school, I played badminton with my sister to make my arms and legs firm.
Doing exercise is a good way for our health. Let's do together. Smile

I like Zumba dance. I have joined Zumba dance for about ten times during summer last year. It was an interesting dance. I danced along with the Latin songs. The rhythm activated me. I had a lot of fun while I doing Zumba. I like this kind of exercise. I can move my whole body and I can listen to exciting songs at the time. I enjoy any kinds of dance. I feel that I can relax both my physical health and mental health.

I like jogging. When I go out to do the exercise with my friends I like to to do jogging because I think that it is suit with me. On the contrary, If I run around the field, I always feel over exhausted and got headache. Accordingly, I just try to do jogging.

I actually am not into doing exercise. LOL Well, dancing is one of those exercises which seems to be my favorite. I do love dancing at my dorm when I have free time. Besides, dancing allows me to feel relaxed and fresh. These days, I try to motivate myself to go running yet I fail. LOL I will be doing it real soon!

I like swimming and running, although nowadays I rarely do. LOL
But I used to do exercise every day when I was in high school.
Exercises help us a lot with health. When I have a lot of free time, I love to go swimming.

I love dancing workout so much. It does not only burn calories but it is also enjoyable. I usually do the dancing workout at least 30 - 60 minutes every day. I do the exercise following some workout videos from YouTube which is very diverse and has different dancing styles. I can choose what I want to dance to and I can change to another kind easily.

The type of exercise that I like most is the cardio.
For example, running for at least 40 minutes per a day.
This type of exercise makes us to lose weight faster than other types.
Moreover, it also saves money as well because I can run everywhere I want.

I like running and playing badminton. When I was in high school, I used to spend 3-4 days to running with my friends and family for a week. It is not seriously running. It is running and walking, has conversation while do this activity. Also badminton I really enjoy playing badminton in P.E. class with my friends. I used to play badminton once a week but now, last time I played badminton I think it was last year.

I like dancing obviously. Dancing is one of my favorite exercises that I've been doing. It can be a way of losing weight for myself.
When I'm on diet, I'm not only just controlling my food, but also do exercise by dancing.
Mostly I work out by dancing in Korean song which is the best way for me to diet.
Absolutely, It's worked. However, every exercise is work for us, but we have to do it every day and do it properly.

Well, I like to do cardio exercises, for instance running, biking, swimming and so forth.
Cardio exercises are the easiest way to keep your lungs work much better and to burn out your calories.
My favorite cardio exercises are running and biking. When I am at my house, I often go out for biking at a park in the evening with my father.
Now, at Maharakham Unversity I usually go out for running in the morning or evening of a day when I have free time.
Anyway, I am also interested in dancing exercise. However, I don't have any leader for dancing. LOL

Absolutely, badminton. Playing badminton is very fun, especially you play with your friend and also
you can get healthier by not going to try to hard or get pressure do exercise. I always go play badminton when I have enough time or
when I have free time. You can join with me if you want not only you can get goof health, but also you will have many friend while playing badminton with
others in gymnasium.

I don't know which type of exercise that I like the most, but I think I always enjoy swimming and running. So, I would say I like to do cardio exercise lol. I love swimming so much. I usually go swimming with my sister when I was in high school and I become a swimmer at that time. It is so crazy back then. But when I grow up, I think I enjoy running. I think It is the best way to loose my weight.

Of course, I really love running!!
I always running every evening for thirty minutes or six days per week.
When I finished my race, I was proud of myself.
I really enjoyed it. Moreover, I like to go swimming with my friends.

I like jogging. I like to go jogging at the old campus yard because the environment in the yard is very fresh and beautiful to calm my mind. While I do jogging, I will turn on the music to make myself relax. It’s simple to do and very good to my health.

For me, I like jogging. In the morning I like to go to the park at new campus for jogging with my friend. It helps me to be healthy and very fresh for all day. I think jogging is the easy way ti exercise because it doesn't have any equipment to use. If you want to do jogging you just have to find your favorite place do it!

For me, I like to do TR25!!! When I don’t have time I will do TR25 on YouTube because of TR25 very easy and it doesn’t have the equipment to use. I can manage the time to do homework or something. It helps me to be healthy and relax.

Well, the exercise including sports, and sport that I would like to do for exercise when I feel like I want to exercise is Badminton. I do love to play badminton and I can play every day whenever I have free time. Sadly, when I am here in the university, it seems like I have to cut this exercise out of my list and the reason are I have a very little bit of the time, I do not have friends to go and play with. So for now, when I do want to do exercise, I just search the exercise videos on Youtube and then follow those trainer in the videos.

Actually, I like dancing and playing sports. Dancing is really funny activity.
Since I was in secondary school, I always dance after school to loose weight, I can loose 3 kilograms in a week.
I also play sport. I love playing volleyball with my friends, It makes me fresh and enthusiastic.

I like jogging and playing badminton. I like to go jogging at the MSU public park in the morning. I used to go jogging 4-5 times a week last year but now I go jogging twice a week because I don't have time to do exercise. Playing badminton is one of my favorite exercises also. It helps me to maintain my physical and mental health, takes a lot of energy ,and is very exhausting as it uses every muscle in the body. Moreover, I wish I had more time to do exercise because I get sick easily.

I love running and swimming.
I used to go swimmimg every weekend when I was in elementary school.
My father usually took me and my brother to the swimming pool and we did it as a family activity.
I missed that moment a lot!

Actually, I do not like to do an exercise. If I have to choose, I will choose running because it is not necessary to use the equipments. I can do it by myself. Moreover, I can go running alone without waiting for other people. I think it is the easiest exercise that everyone can do without trainer.

I like swimming and playing basketball. When I have free time, I always go swimming because it can help me to relax my stress from working or studying. For basketball, I rarely have no time to play but I still love this sport. Playing basketball with friends is one the ways to enjoy myself.
