How much water should we drink per day? Empty How much water should we drink per day?

Basically, people need to drink water 8 glasses per day, but I think we should drink more than that because nowadays we have a lot of dust which can harm your body. So, Drink only 8 glasses might not enough. Let's drink over 10 glasses per day.

i mean we should drink as much as our body want though.
some people told me that we shouyld drink water per day loke 8 glasses.
but i don't think like that because everybody have different difestion though.
some people can drink a lot of water, but some people cannot.
so i think we should drink it in appropriate quantity.

Some health gurus believe that we need to sip on water constantly throughout the day, even when we’re not thirsty. As with most things, this depends on the individual. Many factors both internal and external ultimately affect our need for water.

Normally, for me, it's about 8-10 glasses per day.
I try to drink more water in order to lose weight and make my skin brighter.
Moreover, I want to be a healthier person.

To prevent dehydration, you need to drink adequate amounts of water.
I recommend eight 8-ounce glasses, which equals about 2 liters, or half a gallon.
This is called the 8×8 rule and is very easy to remember.
