Water is one of the important factor for our life. Even many process in this world such as cooking and cleaning, there also need water for complete their process. Our body need water to maintain the health and integrity of every cell in the body. Also water makes our skin look soft, fresh and not too dry. Water is important, we should drink water at least 8-9 glasses per day.
