Most vegetables are naturally low in fat and calories. None have cholesterol. (Sauces or seasonings may add fat, calories, and/or cholesterol). They are also important sources of many nutrients, including potassium, dietary fiber, folate (folic acid), vitamin A, and vitamin C.

I think eating vegetables provides many health benefits for me. For example, vegetables are a rich source of nutrients and vegetables have all the essential nutrients namely vitamins, minerals, and fibers. It is good to eat vegetables regularly to protect our body from diseases.

In fact, vegetables are important sources of many nutrients, including potassium, dietary fiber and vitamins.
They contain a lot of fibers and low in calories.

Vegetables are important sources of many nutrients, including potassium, dietary fibers, folate, vitamin A, and Vitamin C.
Most adult and kids right now did not eat vegetables because they think it is not delicious.
So people who are not eating vegetables tend to have more health problems.

I am vegetable lover I would like to say that because I can eat all kind of vegetable and fruit.
There are many benefits such as mineral, vitamin and fiber in different kinds of vegetable. In different kind of them provide different bebefit such as in
green vegetable provide fiber and potassium but in red or yellow color fruit they provide beta carotene.
