There are many advantages of vegetables. For example, high vegetable intake is also a hallmark of hunter-gatherer diets. Even the Inuit go to great lengths to collect nutrient-dense plant foods that provide a wide spectrum of micronutrients, prebiotics, and probiotics not available from meat and fish (including chlorophyll-rich seaweeds, berries, mosses, wild leafy greens, tubers, and the partially digested stomach contents of animals).

Most vegetables are naturally low in fat and calories. Vegetables are important sources of many nutrients, including potassium, dietary fiber, folate (folic acid), vitamin A, and vitamin C. Diets rich in potassium may help to maintain healthy blood pressure.

There are many advantages of vegetables. Most importantly, vegetables contain a lot of fibers. It's good foพ the digestive system.
Moreover, they contain a lot of vitamins such as ‎vitamin A, ‎vitamin B, ‎vitamin C, ‎vitamin D. Lest's have vegetables for our healthy life.

Dietary fiber from vegetables, as part of an overall healthy diet, helps reduce blood cholesterol levels and may lower risk of heart disease. Fiber is important for proper bowel function. It helps reduce constipation and diverticulosis. Fiber-containing foods such as vegetables help provide a feeling of fullness with fewer calories.

Vegetables are a great source of fiber which works to fill you up and most vegetables are a low calorie food. Its compounds work to protect or repair cells from damage, help lower cholesterol ,and keep vision healthy. Also, vegetables contain lots of vitamins and minerals. All playing a unique role in the body for everyday function and health.
