I always drink a lot of water, cool water, and water at room temperature.
But I think water in the room temperature is better than cool water, it can decrease feeling thirsty water.

i usually turn on my air condition, if the weather is getting hot though.
sometimes i just turn on my fan and sleep though. when you sleep, you will never feel anything.
and you will feel no hot though. LOL that's my trick.
