Individually. I will spend about 30 minutes in the morning if I wake up early before preparing myself for the class.
During the day, I rarely use my cell phone because I don't have internet and I prefer to spend the time with my friends.
I mostly spend the time to use the internet before going to bed for about 3 hours. I like to watch funny clips on Instagram.

I am not so sure about this because I never keep track on it. But, I think that it is more than half of a day because I am always on my mobile or laptop searching for things on the internet.
Even if I use it a lot, and it is so important in my life, I think I should lessen the time spent on the internet so that I can be with myself and people around me more.
