The ways that I deal with forgetful are
1. Write a note of what I need to do.
2. Tell a close friend that don't forget to remind me what I need to do.
3. Set notifications on the smartphone.

The way that I deal with my forgetfulness is write it down on my notebook.
I always carry a planner book with me and when I afraid that I will forget
something, I will write it down immediately.

This is the problem that I always face. I am a forgetful person even it is very important, I still forget it. The solution is to use a sticky note sticks on the door of my room to remind myself when I have to go about. It works well except I forget to write it on the sticky note. LOL

The way I did for figuring this problem is writing a planner.
It will help you deal with forgetfulness effectively. With a planner, you can recall whatever you did and whatever plan you will do. So, let's try it out and share the result with us.

Forgetfulness is simply something about yourself that you need to manage. You should
-Be patient.
-Improve your memory directly.
-Use a wristwatch, cell phone, or electronic organizer to set alarms.
-Use Microsoft Outlook.
-Use defined storage space for everything.

The way that I deal with my forgetfulness is recording it on my smartphone. I used to record it on my planner. Unfortunately, I forget where is my planner. Another way to deal with forgetful is friends. I usually tell my friends to remind what I have to do. It works more than my smartphone.

For me, I will take advantages from technology.
I will type a note on my phone and set the reminder.
I also use self-talk to remind myself.
Moreover, I will ask others to remind me.

I have ever read the research, it told that drawing is the most powerful tool to boost your memory, increasing recall. The experts of science memory did their experiment. The result indicated that people who had drawn for taking notes had more good memory more than just wrote it down.
