Personally, I prefer fresh fruits to smoothie because of their texture.
Even though blending fruits is easier to eat or drink, I rarely drink smoothie. I just drink it in a hot day or when I really like to.

For me, I prefer drinking smoothie than having fresh fruits.
Having smoothies make me feel fresher than having fresh fruits.
Another reason that I prefer drinking smoothie than having fresh fruits is I'm lazy to chew.

Ummm..I would say fresh fruit because I feel like it's a real taste, real flavor from nature. and I really love cool fresh fruit. It's make me feel fresh.

I like smoothie because some fruits is more yummy in term of smoothie and the good thing is Smoothies can help you lose excess body weight without skipping any meals. The fruits and berries that are used to prepare these drinks serve as excellent companions for keeping you healthy and feeling cooler on a hot summer morning. The enzymes present in several fruits help dissolve body fat and clear up your circulatory system.

It is a hard question for me lol.
This time, i prefer smoothie than having fresh fruits because i want to drink cold juice.
Strawberry and carrot&pineapple are my favorite smoothies.

I prefer fresh fruits to smoothie.
I love fresh fruits more than the smoothie because of their tastes and textures.
Especially, the fruits that cool and fresh I will enjoy eating it so much.

I prefer Smoothie to Fresh fruit. In terms of smoothie, It can change the due appearance of some fruit to be eatable. Since I can pack into the blender all kinds of fresh, Later on, I get a purely of whole fruits drinking added some flavor by ourselves. However, if someone is trying to lose weight, it should be careful.

I prefer eating fresh fruit more than smoothie.
It has more vitamins and other benefits than smoothie.
Moreover, in the smoothie it has a high sugar level that can make you to be obesity.
I love fresh fruit such as orange, apple, and watermelon.
I also love that I can find it easily and be healthy.

For me fresh fruit is better than smoothie fora few reasons.
1. I can taste the real tastes of fruits.
2. Fruits have less sugar than smoothie.
These are some reasons which make me love fresh fruits.

I prefer smoothie to be honest haha.
I love drinking mixed berries smoothie since it is sour- what tastes I like- and healthy.
I know that a cup of smoothie contains amount of sugar, but it is actually tastier than fresh fruits.
One of my favorite is blueberry smoothie. Once you try you will like it.

I personally like to eat fresh fruit more than smoothie. In my opinion, i think enjoy eating fresh fruit more than smoothie. The reason why i like to eat fresh fruit more than smoothie is because i like the original taste of fruit. I think i can get lots of vitamins by eating fresh fruit.

For me, I really like fresh fruits but I also like to drink smoothie. It depends on my mood that what I want to eat or drink. If you care about your health, I would like to suggest fresh fruit. Because smoothie has amount of sugar that can make your health is bad.

Personally, both of them are my favorites. Normally, fresh fruits are what I have after having dinner. They are good for my overall health. Apart from fresh fruits, smoothie is what I am obsessed with as well. What I usually drink are blueberry and strawberry smoothie. They make me feel so fresh. I love them!

I know that fresh fruits are way better than smoothie.
However, I have tried on eating them but I ended up throwing them away because I didn't have enough time to eat them.
Smoothie is quicker and more convenient for me.
So, smoothie is my answer. LOL

If there is no difference in the fruit and vegetables you’re using, whole foods are always best. The minute you start blending them up, you start losing nutrients through oxidation, which is going to be faster than the oxidation that would happen at the surface of each bite of a food.

I prefer eating fresh fruits to drinking smoothies. I like to feel the original taste of the fruits.
When it comes to a smoothie, the taste and texture are changed.
Importantly, I do not like yogurt. So, I go for fresh fruit.

I prefer fresh fruits more than smoothies. Honestly, I don't usually drink smoothies or a drink that use fruits to do. Another reason that I like fresh fruits is because fresh fruits are low sugar than smoothies. Sometimes, some smoothies are not the same taste with the fresh fruits. Then I enjoy eating fresh fruits more than smoothies.

For me, I enjoy eating fresh fruit more than smoothie. In my opinion, when we bring the fresh fruits into blender, we should add more sugar and syrup for increasing sweet taste. That is not good for health anymore. Moreover, the nutrients in fresh fruits will disappear if we blend it. I would like to say fresh fruits have more nutrients than smoothie.

I think it's easier to have more than eating fresh fruit. I don't like it when I eat fresh fruit and my hand will get dirty or wet from the juice.
