For me, I think we have to eat a lot of protein and fats more and more.
But you don’t  have to eat over because someday you will get fat. Haha

I don't want to gain a weight. At this moment, My weigh is over of my my intention.
However, I think one way to gain more weight easier is eating food made of sugar, flour and fat.
Moreover, you sleep enough per one day.
And do exercise to gain a weight.

My way to gain more weight is exercising.
It sounds strange at first but when you finished your exercising, you will get hungry and need to eat a lot of food to redeem the energy that you lose. Fats and protein will make you gain muscle and weight tremendously.

My weight is up from 49 to 6... K.g. in 2 years. It is very sad for me. For my suggestion, I think one way to gain more weight easier is eating food made of sugar, flour and fat. I ate mookrata 3 times a month. I think this way can help you gain more weight.

Eating big amount of carbohydrates and also sugar will make gain weight. But there are some people who will not gain any weight no matter how much they eat or what type they eat due to biology. Human beings' bodies are weird.

For me, the easiest way to gain more weight is to eat everything in front of you whether it is healthy or not. Eating junk food is the best way to gain more weight quickly and effectively but If you like to be healthy as well, you should eat some vegetables or fruit with every food too.

If you want to gain more weight, I suggest you to eat a lot of fast food or fried food. At this moment, I am gaining my weight because I frequently eat these food. And then you have to sleep when you finish eating. I believe that your weight will be gained because I have ever done it before and it was really worked haha.

I am a professional to gain more weight hahaha. I think these 3 ways make you and me gain more weight.
1. Eating a lot as much as you can especially food with sugar and carbohydrates.
2. No exercise, You don't work out and you should move a little bit.
3. sleeping more because sleeping uses less energy.

Actually, I don't know how to gain more weight. I am the person who ate a lot but not getting fat. I rarely exercise too. My mum even bought some vitamins for me to take to gain more weight. lol

For me, only breathing can make me gain more weight. hahaha
I am a person who can gain more weight easily. So, I need to control my eatting.
It is hard to suggest you about how to gain more weight because I am easy to gain weight.
However, I think eatting more can make you gain more weight, but you need to eat protein a lot. Moreover, exercise can help because it can build more muscles.

I have gained 10 kilos which are nice because I always hated being too skinny. My strategies would be eating. I mean just eat like to eat all the time or like eating a lot of buffets also help a lot.

I would say it is extremely easy to gain more weight.
The delicious foods are all around ourselves. Eating too much can help you to gain more weight.
Eating high sugar food and dessert can achieve the same result but it is bad for your health.
I think the better ways are eating more frequently, getting quality sleep, drinking milk, eating red meat or eating protein.

You need to eat more calories than your body burns to gain weight.
Aim for 300–500 calories per day above your maintenance level for slow weight gain or 700–1,000 calories if you want to gain weight fast.
