For me, I have succeeded it once in my life. That time after experiencing a heartbroken, I plan to lose my weight for 20 kilograms. At first, I was not really serious about it but when my crush saw me and insult me, my heart was filled with fire of rage. I start to train myself and I called it Ninja training. I train myself by running and walking for 1 hour a day, crunching 100 times a day and I eat 1 small cup of yoghurt as dinner every day. There is one more important thing and that is motivation. I got the motivation from a cartoon called Kamen Rider because I want to be strong like Kamen Rider. 2 months later, my weight is gone for 18 kilograms from 78 kilograms to 60 kilograms. I can say that it was the biggest change in my life.

It is very long time ago haha , when I was grade 8 I needed to be thin. I tried every way like didn't eat food all day, exercise very hard. these ways is not good. The best thing makes me thin is love, I love somebody and I needed to change myself for somebody the last I can do it. If you want to be lost the weight find the inspiration like me.

Wow! This question looks INTERESTING! I once lost my weight around 5 kg in just a month. What I did was simple. I just kept exercising by running and walking every day. Most importantly, controlling meals was a key to succeed in losing weight. Believe me or not? I'd never skipped any meals at all. Thus, these helpd me lose weight effectively!

Currently in the process of losing "fats". I do not consider weight as a big factor as there are muscle growth incoming, although I was on the edge of being obese as I was fairly overweight for my age and weight at that time sitting at around 101kg. Now 9 months in, I am currently at around 76kg. I try to maintain with what I have and just losing the fats around my body and going to the gym constantly 6 or 5 days per week, doing weight training and some cardio to get more muscle growth.

Yes, I have. I tried so many times to lose weight and do an exercise. I planed to do exercise since I was the first year student until now but I can not do it because I'm usually give up and I do not have the inspiration to do it. However, I ever lose 5 kilograms in one month because I want to meet my beloved brother in his graduate day. When I did exercise, it's just a simple way like running and control a meal.

Absolutely yes! For me, I have lost my weight by an accident. At that time, I had to do excercise in order to cure and improve my health.
Everyday I go outside for running in the evening. The more I run the more I can run faster and longer.
Finally my health condition becomes better and better. A side effect of my routine is that I have lost my weight more than 15 kilograms.
Nowadays I still continue running as an excercise in the evening or the morning of someday.

Exactly I have lost my weight. I tried so many times to lose weight. I do exercise by dancing too hard. It's working, but it has to do every day. And to be honest, I'm too lazy to do it, so I tried to do a new one. The best way for me to lose weight is Do not eat breakfast. But Don't do that as I did, It's not good at everything at all. I did that because I watched some youtube channel and they told me about this, so I tried to do that. It's working I mean losing weight, but it's not good for health. Don't try this.

Many times, i often get lost weight by doing exercises and eating fruits. I’m a one of people who are so worried about my weight so much and my friends see that all the times. However, i have many methods to lost my weight like doing exercises with my friends. We are going out to walk or play health machines. The last one, i will eat a lot fruits instead meals for the dinner time. Sometimes, i wake up late. I will wake up until noon time and spend more than four hours doing other things until 6 pm then i will go out to eat dinner only. For me I ever lost  weight when I was seventeen years old. I did exercise by T25 for twenty-five minutes everyday and ate boiled eggs for diner seven days .I can lose three kilograms just in a week.Anyway, I do not recommend you to do that, you should eat 5 groups of foods because to be healthy it is very important to eat a balanced diet

I had lost my weight when I was a student in high school. I got rid of my weight because of my friends. I have a group of friends who are tall and thin. They always avoid eating bakery. So I had to do and be like them. I tried not to eat much and drank water instead of sweetness. I was not serious at all because we did it together. However, since I was here in University I ate so much and rarely do exercise. Now I have got five kilograms from being a university vibe but I am happy to be like this.

Yes, I had. I had lost my fats, overweight, when I was in high school. And now I'm repeating what I was doing back then. The first thing to do when you need lose the fat or weight is controlling the meals because if you just do exercise the result can be another instead of losing weight. When you're controlling the meals the metabolism will gain the energy from the unused fat, then, for being a firm body you need to do exercise along that. Last but not least, drinking lots of water is the way which helps a lot.

Well, I had lost my weight when I was sick last year. Then my weight from 45 to 42 kilograms. It was decreased around 3 kilograms. Do you know? Actually I've never lost my weight before. Anyway, I thought that I surely to lose again cause of my belly fat though.

Of course! I have ever lost my weight when I came to Mahasarakham in the first year. In Mattayom 6, I was very fat and I am worried about my health, so I want to change myself to be healthy and I decided to lose my weight when I entered Mahasarakham University. In the first year, I went to jogging at the park of old campus everyday and didn’t eat much breakfast or unhealthy food such as junk food or fried food. My weight was lost about 8 kg. I was very happy with my good result, but I became too thin.

I used to lose my weight when I was in grade 9. Back then, I was quite thin and unhealthy at all because I lost weight by skipping meals. It was an inappropriate way to do. It was the way that harmed my health a lot. I didn't feel good. I was tried easily when doing activities or even learning in class. After a few months, I gave up to do it. Nowadays, I get back to the same goal but do differently. I search more for the information about how to do this routine in the right way. I feel better now with my physical and emotional. I prepare food by myself and do exercise almost every day.

No, I have never ever lost my weight because I don't have the weight to lose. Hahaha
Personally, I don't think that being thin is a good way to show how healthy.
I think that no matter how you are plump or thin, you can be ourselves.
However, I support you to exercise for your health. Keep fighting!!! Smile

For me, I used to lose my weight for 3 kilograms last summer. I often did exercise in the evening and controlled my dinner meal. However, I cannot do exercise now because I don't have free time to do it.
I strongly believe that who want to lose weight, you have to set the goal first and you must to do it.

Yes, I have. It was the miracle night back then. I once lost my weight around 3 kilograms but I did not get any exercise. I weighed my weight and found that it was lost around 3 - 4 kilograms. It happened when I was dealing with a CLIL lesson plan. I am not kidding you. Nowadays, I have already gained those 3 kilograms back. LOL

Yes, I have. I used to lost my weight when I broke up with my boyfriend. He was my first boyfriend so that's why I hurt so much.
I have lost about 10 kilograms and my father though I used drugs but truly I cannot eat for months.
I was afraid to tell my dad that I broke up with my boyfriend so I let my dad misunderstood about me lol.

Yes, I had ever lost my weight.
I got a chance to lose my weight because one of my friends wanted me to be his member on his weight training class.
He took me to the gym almost everyday. I still remember how sore my muscle was.
He allowed me to eat only chicken breast and boiled egg without its yolk.
I lost 5-6 kg, I guess.

my trick is the basic way, i go to work out the gym.
i work out a lot and eat less. then i get lost my weight.
