Honestly to stop consuming sugar is just drink water and only water and reducing the amount of food whether it's fruit or other things that uses sugar too. It's hard at first but if you just discipline yourself, you can get over the addiction of sugar, and once you do, and you try to drink anything sugary, you actually can tell how sweet that drink or food can be after being washed out of consuming sugar.

I confess here that I cannot stop my sugar intake. I am a person who like to eat sweet foods and drinks because these things make me feel good and fresh. I also want to know how to stop eating sweet flavors as well. Sad

I think we can start by stop drinking sweetened tea, coffee, and juice.
Moreover, you have to take it seriously and make a goal for yourself.
For example, 5 days for no sugar, 10 days for no sugar, and keep adding the days.

Keep sugary foods away. Don't tempt yourself by stocking candy, cookies, and other high-sugar foods in your cupboards and fridge. I think if we do not have sugary food, we will not eat it. Although this is my suggestion but I cannot do it.

This is the hardest thing to do for me but I used to stop drinking drinks for one week.
I start by always tell myself about what are the bad effect of eating too much sugar.
This idea is work to me and if I really want to drink or eat some sweet things I will drink milk instead especially original taste or eat some fruits such as banana, watermelon and rambutan.

I also want to know how can I stop my addition to sugar.
However, I have listen to my friends.
They said that I have to control myself to drink or eat sweet food.
Finally, I cannot stop addiction to sweet food.

I stop my addiction to sugar by reading the disadvantage of sugar. If you eat food or drink beverages that have a high sugar ingredients. Definitely, I will be fat disease, high blood pressure, and diabetes. So, these are basically reasons for me stop addiction to sugar.
