Absolutely YES! I like it so much. Taking a nap during the day is the only way that I can rest. At night, I do not have time to sleep because I have so many assignments to deal with. So, I decide to take a nap during the day.

I usually have to stay up late and wake up quite early im the morning for classes so I will take a nap in the afternoon and start to work again in the evening.
I think this is not a goid habit but I cannot help it.

So, I take a nap during a day in order to have more energy to work at night. I read some article about taking nap and it showed that our brain works well if we take a nap during a day. It is called “power nap.” I am quite agree with that. Even I don’t get enough sleep, I don’t feel sleepy during a day.
