It depends on my physical condition.
If I am tired because of wake up early, I will take a nap without hesitate.

Of course! I love taking a nap at 5-6 PM every day. You might argue that that time is not for sleeping, right? I would say that I regularly do that. LOL Normally, I finish my class around 4 AM depending on courses in each day. After school, I always feel exhausted and I don't want to take any work at all. So, napping is the effective way to help me boost up the energy.

Personally, I don't like to take a nap during a day. I will take a nap when I really feel sleepy and I also have time to do it. Taking a nap during a day usually make me feel not alert and also sometimes make me have headache. The best time for me to sleep is night time.

Yes, I do. I love taking a nap when I have time. At least 30 minutes a day, around 4-7 pm. When I felt sleepy, I will take a nap. I have to turn on my alarm clock at least 3-4 times to wake me up after I take a nap. lol

I am a weird man who can take a shot nap like 5-10 minutes any time.
I normally go to bed after 4 pm, then I wake up at 7 pm.
