I think taking a pill of Paracetamol is the best and fastest way to heal a headache.
I normally do that when I have a really bad headache.

I think sleeping can help healing the headache. I always sleep when I feel sick or got a headache. It helps me a lot. If I have got a headache when I was in the class, I always close my eyes just 10 or more than 10 seconds to take a short break. I think it can help reduce headaches.

When I get headache, I try to take a deep breath first, then do meditation.
