I am the one of the people who like relaxing after confronting the obstacles. When I get stress from the problems, I will try to find ways to relieve them. Relaxing myself is one of the best ways. There are the amazing techniques that I use to relax myself: focusing on breaths, listening to the rain sound, and taking a shower. Those techniques are quite easy and everyone can follow them.

My perspective reminds me that sadness is absolutely unwanted, but sometimes we can learn some morals from it. In order to relieve sadness, we should clearly understand the cause of it. Sometimes, sadness occurs in our mind with the empty feeling. I better do a self analyze for finding what is my current feeling, then noticing is the following process that really helpful. Lastly, after finding the cause, I will find ways solving or preventing the terrible effect. This is my steps for getting to know myself in order to decrease sadness.

Personally, when sadness comes, our mind should be stronger and stronger.
Yes, for me I think that sadness is so scary but not the most because I think I can deal with it by following these steps:
1. Accept that you are facing with sadness.
2. Try to think about it and solve it.

It's very easy to eliminat sadness for me because I am a person who don't like to think so much.
So I whink there methods will help you to elimnate you sadness.
1. Go to exercise ( you will be tired instead of sadness )
2. Listen a funny song ( you have to have the emotional with the song)
3. Let everthing go and let's go to dance ( just dance as much as you want)
these are some of my methods that can eliminate my sadness, I would like to advise you to try them.

Personally, I love to cry out after that it will be better as much as it could be.
For sure, you can not tell yourselves, it will be good or better.
Moreover, the time change, you will forget it.
It like you lie to yourselves.
Just make yourselves like it was to be, it easy right?
Anyways, you should get your mind and your body back to reality.

The way to relieve sadness is by talking with parents or friends.
Sometimes, i cry because i'm feeling very sad and i don't want other people know that am feeling sad.
I usually listen to music or watch varieties on Youtube.

If I feel sad or disappointed, I will take a deep breathe.
After that, I will find out something to eat such as chocolate bar or fruits.

Allow yourself to be sad. Denying such feelings may force them underground, where they can do more damage with time. Cry if you feel like it. Notice if you feel relief after the tears stop.
Crying makes me feel better when I feel sad.

For me, sadness can be the result of loss, helplessness, or disappointment, among many other things.
It is hard to deal with it but there are possible ways.
Things, people, events, they just come and go, nothing really lasts forever and the same with your not so happy feelings. What I usually do when I feel like my world is coming to an end, and yes, that happens to me too, it to think of a time when I was down, a time when I felt really sad and blue, a time when I felt like the whole world would come to an end, and I had no way to escape, and I use that as proof that what my mind is telling me is not always true.

I have always thought of music as food for the soul. An upbeat tune can change an atmosphere instantly and create a more positive vibe. Listening to upbeat, happy music alters brain chemistry and can improve your mood.
