I have so many ways to make myself feel relaxed.
If you have a lot of stress in your life, find ways to reduce it.
For me, I do something I'm good at, such as cooking or singing, which is a good way to enjoy myself.
Sometimes, I watch some movies it makes me feel relaxed.

Mmm In order to relieve stress, I have lots of ways to do that. Those ways include reading books, listening to music, and going jogging. To begin with, reading books is what I sometimes do if I get stressful. This helps in reducing stress. Moreover, listening to music is also a way to relieve anxiety. It is very helpful! The last technique is go exercising. When I have anxiety, personally, going jogging is the best choice. This is the most helpful way to reduce anxiety.

I always listen to the songs or drive around the town at night to cure my stress.
These can help me to be calm even though I have a hard time in life.
But I think the most useful way to relieve my stress is sleeping. Even it couldn't help me to fix the problem but it could give me much power to fix the problem after I get up.

To answer this question is quite easy to me.
I am often stressful when I have a lot of works to do and no time to rest.
When I feel stressful, I will find something to do in order to relax my mind.
For example, I always listen to my favorite music while I am doing my works. It helps me to feel better a lot!
Anyway, another good way to relieve stress may be going to sleep. LOL

To be honest, I would like to say that I sometime have strain. It makes me feel uncomfortable.
however, I am quite sure that I can deal with it. I can deal with them by going to bed or taking a nap.
These are the good way for me to trlieve stress.

As for me, when I feel stress, I do many things to relieve stress from my mind. Firstly, I try to stop thinking for what makes me stress. After that, I let myself on that stress by talking to myself. Sometimes, I call to my mom to talk to her. She always cheer me up for every situations. Apart form that, I relax myself by listening to music. Sometimes, I do a meditation for decreasing my stress.

When I feel stressed, what I usually do to boost up myself include listening to my favorite songs, watching cartoons, having a glass of green tea frappe and hanging out with friends. Listening to music and singing along can make me feel relaxed. It allows me to stop thinking of anything serious. Apart from that, cartoons seem to be a good choice since it makes me laugh and smile. In addition to what I mentioned, I love hanging out with my friends in a cafeteria so that I can have a glass of my favorite drink. It works effectively in helping me relieve stress.

Personally, maybe sing songs is the best way to get rid of stress.
But sometimes it does not work, so I sometimes go to bed and sleep.
I love sleeping when I confronted with stress.

- Eating my favorite type of food
- Listening to my playlist songs
- Being with positive people
- Reading some inspirational books or quotes

I relieve stress by listening to classical music, watching funny videos on Youtube and go out to meet my friends. Sometimes I cannot relieve stress myself, then I talk to my advisor and friends. It is too hard to get out of stress, but if we do not give up, we can do it.

I will go for a walk or hang out with my friends. I will stop doing everything that are academic works.
I just go back to my dormitory or go to my friend's house and play some games together or just watch some movies.

When I feel stressed, I often searched for some videos on Youtube such as songs, variety programs or movies. These all can make me forget and do not focus on the stress thing. Moreover, sleeping or napping also make feel better. It is the best kind of relaxing things for me.

Whenever I feel stressed and I want to relieve the stress. Here's what I do:
-Listen to relaxing sounds. By doing this, my stress will eventually calm down.
-Watch my favorite TV show or movie. I think distraction will take my mind off the symptoms
-Exercise. I have heard that exercise releases endorphins even walk. So, when I feel stressed, I always walk around my room.
These three ways could help me relieve my stress a lot.

Now, I feel streesed so musch. I want to relax.When I get stress from the problems, I will try to find ways to relieve them. Relaxing myself is the good to do. There are the techniques that I use to relax myself:medditation, listening to the musics, and taking a shower.

When i feel stressed, i will eat good food, listen to my favourite song and sometimes i like to watch series. I think when we have series that we want to watch so much is like a our goal that we have to finish work as soon as possible before we watch series.

I would say that I have many ways to relieve my stress. When I feel stressed, I would do whatever that makes me feel better. For example, watching movies, listening to music, or eating things that I enjoy eating. These are the example of what I always do to relieve my stress.

For me, I usually watch some interesting videos on Youtube and watch some movies and series on Netflix.
If I cannot relieve my stress by these ways, I will consult my trusted people including my mother, my friends, and my special person.
They can help me to relieve my stress for sure.

What I do are just find something to watch, go jogging or just sit down and watch the cloud move.
I have done all of these thing and it more or less relieve my stress.
Sometime, taking a deep deep breath can help you too.

The easy ways to relieve my stress are listen to music and sing along to a song.
I always do these two ways for many times. Absolutely, It works for me.
I also suggested my friends to use my techniques to get rid of the stress.
Obviously, they say it works as well.

I normally hang out with friends and sometimes stay quite in my place with a comic book.
There are a number of thing that I associate with to relieve my stress like going out and eating foods.
In fact, I love talking to people. Thus, I call my friends to go watch movies or sing Karaoke.
However, I am a big fan of Anime. I can spend all day long reading cartoon book without talking to anyone.

Just Listen to music can be a good way to relieve stress.
Listening to music can have a very relaxing effect on the body.
Nature sounds can also be very calming.

When I notice myself that I have stress on my mind, I usually try to think about other good things or do other activities that can make me feel happy. I love to go shopping. It helps me a lot!

When I notice myself that I have stress on my mind, exercise is helpful for me.
Exercise can help lower stress and anxiety by releasing endorphins.
I don't think about the event that makes me stress when i do exercise.
