I have a strong feeling that heavy reliance on the smart phones is inappropriate, especially for students. The overuse of smart phones can be detrimental to students’ physical health. This means smart phones have a negative effect on a few parts of students’ body. For instance, both of their eyes can be very weak when they stare or gaze at the screen of the smart phones. This can cause the eyes to be short-sighted at the early age. That is why we can see learners with their very young age wearing the glasses. Furthermore, the stomach can be gradually weakened. For example, students who use smart phones a lot tend to skip some of their meals, affecting the digestive system. Ultimately, the brain can be affected from overusing the smartphones. That is, those students, especially at the very young age, who overuse the smart phones tend not to stay focused on certain things, particularly lessons taught in the classroom. This may result from the brain easily distracted by the use of smart phones in a very large proportion.

Personally, I think smart phone is not good for student especially in the young age because I have seen many students who focus on their smart phone more than the knowledge so it can cause the bad effect for students. For example I saw some boy who is my aunt's son, he usually focus on his smartphone every time even eating time, morover when other people talk to him. There are many effects for using smartphones over time such as mental, physical and relationship in family problems.
