How can you encourage students to speak?

The first thing I need to do is increase the amount students speak in class by means of creating a comfortable atmosphere where students are not afraid to speak and enjoy communicating with their fellow students. Then, I think I should give plenty of controlled and guided practice. In other words, I will give students the chance to get their tongues round new vocabulary and grammar structures, expressions and model sentences before using them for real! Ultimately, I will encourage purposeful and meaningful interaction between students. I intend to say I will make speaking activities in my class meaningfully communicative!

In my opinion, I can improve my students better to speak English. I will use my technology that uses for the students. There are techniques to encourage students to speak English well:
1. Do not speak English at the beginning of the class.
2. Try to make students repeat you all the time.
3. Let students pronounce every word correctly.
4. Do not restrict the accuracy of syntax.

Reward ANY attempt to speak in English. If students speak out loudly and clearly, but make a mistake, praise them just for speaking out. As students improve, you can focus on the most outstanding successes. The more you encourage, the more students will try to speak.
