How do you like your eggs? Fried or boiled?

For me, I love boiled eggs because it is healthier than a fried egg. Since I have concerned a lot about my health,
I prefer to have a better choice which is good for myself the most. I rarely eat fried egg nowadays. If I can avoid it, I will do.
I eat a lot of boiled eggs in a week and I think that I have fallen in love with it already. Boiled eggs are good for our health.
For a person who is in the weight-loss period, boiled eggs are a better choice for you.

I love boiled eggs because it is delicious and makes me full easily. Boiled eggs can eat with many menus.
The most thing that I like to eat with boiled eggs is papaya salad (ส้มตำ) or with sticky rice and fish sauce.
์But also I like fried eggs too but not much as boiled eggs. Fried eggs are easy to cook and not take time too long.
Nowadays I eat fried eggs more than boiled eggs because It is easier to find fried eggs than boiled eggs.

I do love both boiled eggs and fried eggs. These two kind of egg I usually eat in different way.
For boiled eggs, I always eat with papaya salad, rice noodles with curry, and so on.
This is a good combination which make food more delicious.
For fried eggs, I usually eat this menu with spicy fried chicken with basil.
When I eat it together, I feel so goodddd! It is so yummy!!

I do love to eat fried eggs, especially omelet! I think it is more mouth-watering than the boiled ones. We can easily cook fried eggs despite its complication of cooking, but we have to wait for the boiled egg for over 8 minutes with plain flavor. However, it is said to be healthier to eat boiled eggs, since we don't cook them with some vegetable oil.Thus, we need to try to avoid eating them too much!

It is hard to choose. I love both of them. Boiled is good for health because It is low-fat. I like eating Boiled eggs with instant noodles, chili paste sauce, and papaya salad. Fried eggs are not good for health because it cooked with oil, but I love the taste of a crispy while egg, and I like eating Fried eggs with stir-fried pork and basil. For omelet, I like eating it with Shrimp-paste sauce.

I do prefer fried eggs because I think that it's tasty more than boiled. To my way of thinking, fried eggs can cook with many dishes and adapt to any food. I would say that one of my favorite foods is jasmine rice and fried eggs. Just two of these things which make me happy all day. If I'm on diet, I will decrease the oil for fried eggs. That's how I do for controlling my weight.

Actually, I love them both! Egg is my favorite food regardless of boiled or fried eggs. They are the menu can easily to do for me when I’m lazy to go outside ans they can be eaten with many kinds of food. I like to Fried Stir Basil with Minced pork with fried egg and Boiled egg with Nam-Prik-Kung-Swan. They are very delicious and my favorite menu until now.

Well, I think I can eat both of them, but at present I would prefer boiled eggs.
I really used to like to eat fried eggs in every meal of a day. Then, I have learned that fried eggs contains a lot of fat, so that I start to quit eating it.
I turn to eat boiled eggs because they don't have too much fat, especially soy oil that comes when egg is fried.
Anyway, I don't think too much when I have to eat fried eggs. I just try to avoid eating them too much.

Personally, I love a medium-boiled egg. This is my first choice when I go home. I love to cook it by myself because I know how to cook it perfectly.
No one can't do it for me so I have to do by myself. LOL. To make a perfect medium-boiled egg. First, your eggs have to be at room temperature.
Not too cool or too hot is the key point. Second, boil the water until boiling then turn off the burner. Third, put your eggs into the boiling water
and soak them for 5-6 minutes then put it in cool water to calm the temperature down. That's it!! You'll get perfectly cooked eggs.

I love both kinds of eggs. When I decide to eat any kind of eggs, I have to know the kind of rice first. For example, I eat boiled eggs with sticky rice and I eat fried egg with cooked rice. I love eating boiled eggs with fish sauce and fried egg with onion. If I have to choose one, I will choose fried egg with onion because the only one that make perfect fried egg is my mom and I can boil the eggs by myself.
