In my opinion, eeg is the most wonderful food that I ever see because there are many benefits in the one eeg. Eating eeg is really
good for your health since eeg is a source of vitamin and protien. I recommend you to eat two eegs per a day for the persons who are on dieting because
in the eeg also has choresteral. So, it is good to eat in the right way.
