In my opinion, eeg is the most wonderful food that I ever see because there are many benefits in the one eeg. Eating eeg is really
good for your health since eeg is a source of vitamin and protien. I recommend you to eat two eegs per a day for the persons who are on dieting because
in the eeg also has choresteral. So, it is good to eat in the right way.

Absolutely, yes!  it’s true that eggs  is benefit  specifically egg yolks because eating eggs raising good cholesterol
